Data Backup & Disaster Recovery

Automatic, encrypted backups of servers, computers and cloud accounts — with tested restores and a written recovery plan.

Backups you’ve actually tested, and a plan for the bad day.

Almost every business has some kind of backup. Far fewer have one that has been restored recently, covers Microsoft 365 or Google data, and would survive ransomware reaching the backup drive itself. That gap usually surfaces at the worst possible moment.

We design backups around two questions: how much work can you afford to lose, and how long can you afford to be down? Then we test against those numbers on a schedule and show you the results.

Questions

Backup & DR FAQ

01Doesn’t Microsoft already back up our 365 data?

Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted or encrypted data is only retained for a limited window. A separate backup protects against mistakes, departing staff and ransomware.

02How often are backups tested?

Restores are tested at least quarterly, and immediately after any major change to your systems.

03Where is our data stored?

Encrypted, in U.S. data centres, with a local copy on-site for fast restores.
