Managed IT Services
Your whole IT environment — computers, network, accounts, security and vendors — run by one accountable team for a predictable monthly fee.

One flat monthly plan. One team that owns the outcome.
Managed IT is the service most of our clients start with, because it replaces the cycle of “something broke, who do we call?” with a team that is already watching. We monitor every workstation, server and network device, patch them on a schedule, keep an inventory of everything you own and answer the phone when your staff need help.
You get one number to call, one invoice and one team that knows your office — the printer that jams on Mondays, the bookkeeping software that hates updates, the partner who works from Palm Springs on Fridays. That context is what makes support fast.

What changes

- A predictable IT budget instead of emergency invoices
- Documentation you own — passwords, diagrams and vendor contacts in one place
Our front desk used to lose half a morning every time the scheduling software froze. Since Instant took over, I honestly can’t remember the last time I had to call anyone in a panic — and when I do call, a person picks up.
Questions
Managed IT FAQ
01How is managed IT priced?
Plans are priced per user per month, with servers and network devices included. After the free assessment you receive a fixed written quote — there are no hourly overages for covered support.
02Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Agreements run month to month after a 90-day onboarding period, because we would rather keep clients by being useful than by contract terms.
03Can you work alongside our in-house IT person?
Yes. Many clients use co-managed IT: your person keeps day-to-day ownership and we provide tools, after-hours coverage, security and a second pair of hands.
Free IT assessment
Ready for managed it you don’t have to think about?
A free assessment takes about an hour on site. You get a written summary of what’s working, what’s at risk and what we’d fix first — whether or not you hire us.
